2013 The Vineyardist Cabernet Sauvignon
"The 2013 Vineyardist was grown under perfect conditions and is made entirely from Diamond Mountain estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon. Grown at elevations between 900 and 1,300 feet, we harvested yields at approximately one ton per acre and barrel aged for 21 months in 100% new French oak. The result is a powerful, layered aromatic landscape of mountain berries, blackberries in cream...graphite and fresh wildflowers. Seamlessly concentrated and opulent, the tannins reveal grip but finish soft and velvety, giving this wine elegance, structure and sophistication. While delicious now, the 2013 Vineyardist should drink effortlessly over the next 25 plus years."
